Where in Nottinghamshire do you cover?
We're based in Nottinghamshire and regularly bring the bar to Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark, Southwell, Bingham, West Bridgford and the surrounding towns and villages. Travelling a little further afield? Just ask — we cover most of the East Midlands.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Summer weekends and December fill up fastest, so once you have a date in mind it's worth checking our availability — even if the rest of the plans aren't finalised yet.
Are you fully insured and licensed?
Yes — we carry public liability insurance and take care of the licensing needed to serve alcohol at your event, so you don't have to worry about the paperwork.
What do you need from us on the day?
A roughly level space for the horsebox (about 4m × 3m) with clear access to get it in. We arrive self-sufficient, though a nearby power supply is handy for longer events. Tell us about your venue when you enquire and we'll confirm the details.
Do you offer coffee and hot drinks?
Yes — mocktails, 0.0% beers and soft drinks are always on the bar menu, and our sister service Sip & Nibble brings our mobile barista café setup with coffee, hot chocolate and fresh food.
