We're based in Nottinghamshire and regularly serve Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark, Southwell, Bingham, West Bridgford and the surrounding towns and villages, covering most of the East Midlands.
What kinds of events do you do?
Markets and fairs, school events, community gatherings, corporate mornings, daytime weddings and family celebrations — anywhere a warm welcome and a great coffee fits.
Can we hire both the bar and the café?
Yes! Sip & Nibble provides our mobile barista café setup, while our sister service Sip & Stumble brings our converted horsebox bar with draught beer, cocktails, wine and fizz. You can hire either or both for your event.
What do you need from us on the day?
A level space for the van with clear access. We're largely self-sufficient, though a nearby power supply helps for busier events. Let us know your venue when you enquire and we'll confirm the details.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially for weekend and seasonal events. Once you have a date, get in touch to check availability.
